Mr. Stiles has served as Nationstar’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2014. He holds the same position at Xome, Inc. which he joined in January 2013 and at Nationstar Mortgage LLC where he has served as Executive Vice President since May 2013. Prior to joining Xome, Mr. Stiles served as the Chief Financial Officer of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (a publicly-traded real estate solutions provider) from 2009 to 2012. Prior to Altisource, Mr. Stiles served as Director & Controller for Centerline Capital Group (a real estate finance company) from 2007 to 2009; as Vice President, Assistant Controller for Viacom from 2006 to 2007; and has served in various senior financial roles at Time Warner Inc. Mr. Stiles also served for 8 years in various positions at KPMG LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Stiles has a M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from James Madison University.
With over 25 years of mortgage servicing experience, Dana Dillard has worked at many large servicing organizations with a focus on the customer and default. Currently, Dana serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Nationstar Mortgage where she has responsibility for industry relations, nonprofit engagement as well as the Customer Relations team. Prior to joining Nationstar, Dana worked at GMAC RESCAP where she managed the REO, Liquidations and Community Outreach teams during the peak of the housing crisis. Dana has held other senior leadership positions at EMC Mortgage, Bank of America Mortgage and Lomas Mortgage. Dana considers one of the highlights of her career to be leading the outreach efforts at HOPENOW from 2008 – 2010 where she traveled across the country talking with hundreds of struggling families. For that work, Dana received the Five Star Institutes Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2009. A Dallas native, Dana is a graduate of SMU with degrees in Journalism and Business and she currently resides in Colleyville, Texas with her husband and two children.
Ramesh Lakshminarayanan joined Nationstar in 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. He has over 20 years of experience managing credit risk, with over 10 years of experience in risk management specific to the mortgage industry. In 2017, Mr. Lakshminarayan began serving in his current capacity as Executive Vice President and Chief Business and Analytics Officer where he is responsible for using data and analytics to deliver deeper consumer insights. Prior to joining Nationstar, Mr. Lakshminarayanan worked for JPMorgan Chase from 2006 to December 2011, where he served as Chief Risk Officer Retail/Chief Risk Officer of Chase Home Lending and from January 2012 to June 2012 as Head of Capital Market Operations for Mortgage Banking. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Lakshminarayanan worked for CitiFinancial as Chief Risk Officer of CitiFinancial Mortgages and from 2004 to 2006 as Group Chief Risk Officer of Consumer Finance North America. Mr. Lakshminarayanan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Madras Christian College, India, and is a Fellow Member of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mihir Patel joined Nationstar in 2017 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining Nationstar, Mr. Patel worked for Capital One Bank from 2012 to 2016, where he held many senior executive leadership roles specifically related to Enterprise and Operational risk. Prior to 2012 Mihir held senior executive leadership roles at PNC Bank. Prior to entering banking Mihir practiced corporate law at a top tier international law firm. Mr. Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Washington, a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from Duquesne University.
